Welcome to Smokeland BBQ

Smokeland BBQ was created by executive chefs Danielle Gallaway and Quintin Eason to bring delicious crafted BBQ to the Pittsburgh/Oakland area.

We take a different approach to our BBQ, using ingredients not commonly found in traditional BBQ styles, such as wasabi, cardamom, and local coffee. Smokeland BBQ is meant to represent everything creative and unique about Pittsburgh. 

All our protein is slow smoked for 18 hours and dusted with our house-made Rockin' spice rub. Make sure to top your favorite entrée with one of our signature sauces, Pitt Gold and Pittsburgh-Style

About our sauces:
Pitt Gold is a custom Carolina-style mustard-based sauce created by executive chef Danielle. Using a medley of mustard, molasses, cayenne pepper and Pepsi makes this sauce approachably sweet and mildly spicy.

Pittsburgh-Style BBQ sauce offers a unique variety of spices to create a tangy, lightly sweet and spicy flavor. This sauce is an unconventional, yet delicious compliment to our slow-smoked protein.
